HOW IT WORKS
Only Login and Password information is required to create a user.
An email is required for data recovery. But it's optional.
The decision can be made by anonymous or logged in user.
The logged in user can change his decision.
The decisions are cumulative.
The amount of decisions made by anonymous and logged in users can be visualized graphically.
Logged in users can create and check their proposals.
Decisions generate GODS points.
Proposal with EDITION status can be edited and deleted.
Decisions can be made on proposals only with an ACTIVE status.
